Rolling out the umbrellas I designed for a fair. This design, inspired by the welsh phrase “Bwrw Hen Wragedd a Ffyn” or “Raining Old Women and Sticks”, is still my favourite.

[Flash 9 is required to listen to audio.]

Once upon a time, a beautiful princess called Jenny said she’d quite like to hear a tale. So the people of her village gathered in the windy old barn to make her some stories. Alas, the simple barmaid who lived there forgot to edit all the stories but two… and then she clumsily broke her audio editing software and the other tales were lost forever.

Now, many years later it came about that young Jenny was to leave the village, and the villagers were sore upset at this, but knew that she would have happy travelings. The simple barmaid opened her cupboard, dusted off Jenny’s story and played it to her to speed her on her way.

Have loads of fun, Jenny! Sorry this is nearly 3 years late! Have a listen…
